Becki Newton

Becki is from Connecticut native. As a teenager she began performing in community productions such as performances for the summer season and in community theater. She spent many semesters studying European History in the University of Pennsylvania. Becki moved immediately to NYC following her graduation in order to take on Broadway. She has appeared in dozens national commercials, guest starring and in recurring roles like Cold Case (2003) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1998), American Dreams (2002) and was cast as Amanda in Ugly Betty (2007). She is married to Chris Diamantopoulos and has a brother, who's Matt Newton. When I think of gorgeous women, they're not supermodels. I'm blessed that I can leave it to the pros at work and red-carpet events, because I can't say that I'm an expert. Yet, I'm willing to try new things regarding beauty. Beauty makes you smile! Preparing for the day is not about being fussy. It's more about self-care. There's nothing wrong in being uneasy.
